FOOD DRIVE: Orem High’s Latinos in Action is teaming up with Scera Park and Sharon Elementary in sponsoring a food drive for the Food & Care Coalition in Provo. Bring any cans you have and place them in your A1 teachers can box. The class with the most cans by November 21st wins a doughnut party. So please bring your cans. Thank You!
STUDENT STORE:The school store is now selling Chick-fil-A. That’s right. Every A day you will be able to enjoy delicious food from your favorite restaurant – Chick-fil-A. Exclusively in the school store on the 2nd floor. We have sliders, wraps and salads, come try a tasty treat.
WINTERGUARD AUDITIONS: OHS Winterguard auditions are today November 19th and 20th 3:00-6:30 p.m. in the band room. The color guard at Orem High is a great opportunity to learn amazing new skills. For the season you will learn a show to perform at competitions. Come and try it out! Wear dance clothes, bring water and be ready to spin a flag!
COLLEGE APPLICATION AND SCHOLARSHIPS OPEN LAB: Seniors remember that tonight November 19th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the writing lab the OHS counselors and college representatives from BYU, SUU, UVU & Weber will be available to help with college and scholarship applications. This is a great time to get your questions answered and work on your applications. For more information contact the counseling office.
MATH GIRLS ROCK: Come join our math club for girls! Thursday November 20th at 2:20 in Mrs. Burr’s room. Learn about Fractals with hands on math projects. Make a 3D Card. Win awesome prizes.
