There will be an important meeting this Friday, Nov. 16th after school in the green house.
There will be an Operation Smile meeting Thursday right after school in the commons area to help prepare for our November and December fund raisers. We need everyone to come.
Seniors: Jostens will be here on Thursday, Nov. 15 during lunch and on Friday, Nov. 16 from 7:00-1:00 taking cap and gown orders. If you did not receive a packet at the meeting, please get one from the front office.
Students: We need extra help in the serving lines at lunch. You get a free meal each day! If you are interested in helping please talk to the Nyra in the lunch office.
Students: Winter Jam (formerly Senior Ball), is on November 17th at 8:00pm. This dance is for all students. Come and enjoy one of the best dances all year. The theme is "Famous Couples," so come as Mickey & Minnie, Romeo & Juliet, Forrest Gump & Jenny, Ron & Hermione, or any others that you can think of. Tickets are now selling in the financial office for $10.00 until 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning. After that they will be $15.00 at the door. Be "all in" and come to a great dance!
9 – 12 Grade Youth Basketball:
Looking for basketball? The Orem Recreation Dept. will be offering basketball this winter for 9 – 12 graders. Games will be played on Monday through Friday evenings and Saturdays beginning January 5, 2013. Divisions are 9 – 10 grade boys, 11 – 12 grade boys, 9 – 10 grade girls, and 11 – 12 grade girls. Cost for this program is $450.00 per team (8 players per team). Players currently playing on a school team are NOT eligible to participate in this league. Registration will be accepted on a team basis on-line or at the Orem Fitness Center now through Saturday, December 1st . For additional information, please call the Orem Fitness Center at 229-7455.

If you have any interest in a career in healthcare then you don't want to miss the Healthcare Career Fair on Friday, November 16. The fair will be held at BYU and give you the chance to learn from professionals in the medical field. Transportation and lunch will be provided. Applications are available in the Career Center or from Mr. Wakefield in room 2202. This career fair can be the first step in reaching the medical career you have always dreamed of.
