The 2014 CTE Scholarship Applications are now available. These scholarships are for one year of tuition at college or Applied Technology Colleges.  See Mrs Jacobs in the Career Center for more information. Applications are due February 24th.

Seniors attending UVU next year – Apply now to be a UVU Wolverine Ambassador. Applications are available online and are due February 1st. UVU Wolverine Ambassadors receive a partial housing scholarship.

All Seniors involved in Athletics – there is a scholarship available from the Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. If you are a senior, have competed in at least 2 sports for at least 2 years each, come see Mrs Jacobs ASAP! The scholarship deadline is today, Friday, January 31st!

Journalism applications are due today.  If you are a junior and want to be on the school newspaper next year, applications are due today.  Please bring your application to Room 2203 today.

Seniors, if you would like help filling out your college or scholarship applications, please come to the Open Lab Night tonight from 6:00 to 8:00 in the Writing Lab.  The OHS counselors will be there.  There will also be admission representatives from UVU, Dixie State, and Snow College there to answer school specific questions and to help with applications.

If you are taking a Concurrent Enrollment class that is starting this semester, the last day to register for the class is today, Friday, January 24th.  If you do not register by that date you will not get college credit.  If you have any questions about the registration process talk to your Concurrent teacher or Mrs. Huntington.

Scholars Night is this Wednesday, January 22nd @ 6:15 p.m.-
All Sophomores, Juniors and parents are invited. Valuable information will be given to help you better prepare for your future. BYU, UVU and the State Office of Education will be among the presenters.

ALSO, All Orem students are invited to free workshops from 3:00 to 5:30 being offered today by the directors of the show. There will be three:  Vocal, Dance & acting. They'll start out in the auditorium.  All of Mrs. Peterson's students are expected to attend unless they are in rehearsal.

The HOSA club is having a meeting today, Thursday during Pride about our upcoming service project! We will be working with the Medical Reserve Corps and Sundance Ski Resort to increase awareness about winter athletics and driving safety. We are meeting in Mr. Steele’s room and will be having doughnuts! Anyone who is interested in helping may come.
