School Art Show

Hey Tigers! Come check out the amazing talent displayed in our annual Art Show in the Media Center today through April 16th. This Thursday there will be an Awards Reception with live music, candy, and prizes.

Orem Library Show

Also head over to Orem City library to see art displayed by fantastic student-artists now through May 4th.

Don’t miss DEAR RUTH at 7:00 in the Little Theater.  Set in World War II, it’s a romantic comedy that you won’t want to miss!  Students $5

The show runs till April 1st!

FCCLA will be meeting Wed. April 1st in the Foods Room during PRIDE and lunch. Come when you can.  We will be having a Foods demonstration and yummy snack with guest presenter “Mr. Replogle.” This will be a treat. All FCCLA members come and join us! Those of you interested in being an officer for next year pick up an application form from Mrs. Kezerian starting April 1st. Applications will be due April 17th.

For the month of April, the school store will be offering daily half-price specials. That’s right. During the month you will be able to purchase your favorite food, drink, apparel, or school supplies for half-price. Stop by every day since you won’t want to miss any of these specials. Shop early and often at the school store on the second floor.

Seniors –

When you receive your college admission letters and receive any scholarship notifications please report those things to Mrs. Jacobs in the Career Center! Thank you!

OHS: Don’t forget to check out the AP Art shows up in the Media Center. Also, check out the District Art Show over at University Mall in the old Papaya store. You’ll see amazing talent from Orem.

Varsity Art Club: Varsity Art Club, come join us for some wheel throwing, clay building fun Tuesday after school in Mrs. Wait’s room. Make sure that you have paid your $5.00 club fee to make your piece of pottery.

Seniors: A Weighted GPA will be calculated at the end of Term 3 to determine the High Honors for this Senior Class. If you have credits from places other than Orem High–online courses, Electronic High School, etc.–those credits need to be posted by the end of Term 3 to be used in the calculations.
