Drivers Ed Fall 2024 Blended Class

These classes are for Orem High Students only

The blended class includes Online and In-Person Instruction.

October 23 – December 4

The blended class includes both Online and In-Person Instruction.

Class begins on October 23. You must attend ALL scheduled In-Person meetings AND complete the Online course by December 4. If the course is not completed on time you will need to pay to take the course again. Roading and Ranging must be completed before February 28.

requirements before choosing to sign up.

Nov 6  3:30:00-5:00 pm Truck smarts

Nov 6, 5:30-6:30 pm Parent night zero fatalities 

*(Parents must attend with student)

Nov 11, 2:30-4:00 pm Donnor Connect

Nov 18, 2:30-4:00 pm Operation Lifesaver

You will sign up for 4 range times during the orientation meeting from the following times:

October 23, 4:30 – 6:30 

October 24, 3:00 – 5:00 

October 24, 5:00 – 7:00 (opt)

October 25, 3:00 – 5:00 

October 26 7:00 – 9:00 am

October 26, 9  -11:00 am (opt)

October 28, 3:00 – 5:00 

October 28, 5:00 – 7:00 (opt)

October 29, 3:00 – 5:00 

October 29, 5:00 – 7:00 (opt)

More will be added if needed

Roading will be scheduled individually.

• You must be 15, have your Learner Permit, and complete the Street Smarts Safety Course before class starts. Street Smarts Info will be given upon class payment.
• The cost is $200.00 and is payable in the Student Finance Office or on myschoolfees.com.
• (If you qualify for fee waivers please talk to Mrs. Condie in the Student Finance Office.)

 You will receive .25 elective credits towards graduation.

The class begins on January 27th. You must attend ALL scheduled In-Person meetings AND complete the Online course by March 3rd. If the course is not completed on time you will need to pay to take the course again. Roading and Ranging must be completed before June 1.

requirements before choosing to sign up.

**Roading for each class will be scheduled outside of the times listed above.

You must be 15 and be committed to 1) attend every class, 2) complete the coursework on time 3) complete the Street Smarts Safety Course before the first day of class (info given upon registration) and 4) obtain your Learner Permit before class starts.

Cost is $200.00 and is payable in the OHS Student Finance Office or on myschoolfees.com

Choose “Public Items” in MySchoolFees if you are an incoming OHS student from Jr. High.

If you do not pass the class you will need to pay to retake it.
